Web Analyst
Starting at $80,000 plus bonus (Final salary to be determined based on experience)
Full-time role with benefits package. Eligible for equity after 12 months of employment.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a data-driven Web Analyst to join our team and focus on optimizing conversions across our website, landing pages, and intake forms. In this role, you'll be accountable for on-site conversion optimization (CRO) and responsible for structuring landing pages, conducting A/B testing, and analyzing performance to ensure we're driving ROI. You will provide direction to creative teams in order to develop compelling creative assets that align with conversion strategies. You may assist with email marketing, branding, and other sales and growth strategies. This is a data-driven role that will require a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in tools like GA4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive on-site conversion optimization (CRO) for landing pages, website, and intake forms
- Structure, test, and optimize landing pages to improve user experience and maximize conversions
- Collaborate with freelance creatives to develop high-performing creative assets for landing pages and campaigns
- Use data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and suggest actionable improvements
- Work closely with the marketing team on email campaigns, branding initiatives, and sales strategies
- Leverage A/B testing and other data analysis techniques to drive continuous improvement in site performance
- Exceptional attention to detail, consistently acting as a detective to uncover even the smallest opportunities for optimization that drive performance improvements
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and review competitor performance to bring fresh ideas and strategies that help stay ahead in the market
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing or conversion optimization role
- Poven experience in CRO, landing page optimization, and A/B testing
- Strong proficiently utilize GA4, Google Analytics, and other data tools to track and report on performance metrics
- Experience with CDP tools (e.g., Segment) and A/B testing software (e.g., VWO), Microsoft Clarity preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure landing pages for maximum impact
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and sales teams
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for optimization and driving results
